Ahoy! Despite spending far too much time oogling pictures of Prince Harry, I managed to pull myself together long enough to talk about the important stuff: All that is great about Kate (Middleton).
Ahead of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s official Diamond Jubilee trip, which will take them to the South Pacific, I talked with What Kate Wore‘s editor-in-chief Susan Kelley about Catherine’s 2011 North American tour wardrobe. We could have gone on for hours about our favorite ensembles from Catherine’s ten days abroad- from the moment she stepped off the plane in Canada to her Hollywood debut in a custom-made Alexander McQueen gown.
I also introduced A Right Royal Book Club, featuring personal selections that one must sit down and read. Penny Junor’s Prince William: The Man Who Will Be King, Jerramy Fine’s The Regal Rules For Girls and Robert Hardman’s Our Queen.
Ok gang. Let’s press play and get our weekly fix of HRH, shall we? Check out previous episodes of The Duchess Diary here!
Oh, by the bye-I wore the most darling Winter Gems Tunic dress ($248) by French Connection, and felt like a princess, I tell you. The retro cut features a round neck and delicate beading that did the trick when it came to behaving like a lady (it’s what Kate would want).

Downton, your knock out dress, and a fashion review of Kates’s frocks… Miss Lynch… you walk the walk & talk the talks. Love this VLOG. oxo
