It is so funny because I actually saw Chloe yesterday coming out of Hermes on Madison Avenue. She had on black leggings with a black micro mini and a black and white striped shirt. She looked cute but she wasn't wearing makeup and her hair was the "just got out of bed" look. She seemed very confident and she was with 2 not so hott guys. I was upset though bc she wasn't wearing her trademark white sunglasses!!
