A judge issued a temporary restraining order Friday requiring Charlie Sheen to stay at least 300 feet from Richards, her home, her car and their two young daughters except during supervised visits with the children. Sheen will be allowed to see his children one day a week.
Needless to say, Charlie Sheen is denying the charges leveled at him by his estranged wife.
Actor Charlie Sheen on Saturday denied charges from his estranged wife, actress Denise Richards, that he had been abusive toward her and their daughters and had threatened to kill her."I move forward and I maintain my integrity ... and focus on my children." Sheen, star of the hit CBS television series "Two and a Half Men," told Entertainment Tonight Richards' filing is a "heinous document of fiction."
"I'm deeply saddened because this is clearly demonstrating a wanting and willful attempt at what I describe as a radical and transparent smear campaign and clearly a departure from sound, sane, responsible co-parenting," Sheen said.
"It is a reaction to a failed marriage, a reaction to some twisted desire -- real or imagined -- to hurt, to punish, to discredit, to completely torpedo, to undermine my perception as a responsible father ... a contributing father, a guy who would give his life for his children."
Could Denise Richards be giving the performance of a lifetime? I honestly don't know who to believe in this one, giving the history of Charlie Sheen. One telltale sign that the may be some validity to a claim or two hers, included in the court papers filed are transcriptions of telephone messages Richards said Sheen left in April 2005. Are those the threats she had spoken of? The one bone of contention that I would have with Richards, is the kiddie porn accusation. If that turns out to be false, then she is one vile human being.

Is there any truth to the long standing rumor that Denise Richards was once the top girl working for Hiedi Fliess back in the day. Makes sense given her lack of acting skills and Charlie's dating background.
Otherwise, this whole story is sad. The children will be the one to be hurt. All dirt within a family should be kept within the family.

I believe Charlie on this one. Like I said before he probably had some dirt on Denise and she probably got scarred it would ruin her rep so she went to the media about it first. She knew people would believe her over him because he already has a bad rep. So that way when Charlie comes out with his dirt on her they can say oh he is just doing that to get even. I honertly believe Charlie wanted to change. I feel bad for him. I really do.

denise richards has material evidence to support her claims and i believe her. that charlie sheen has dirt on her and that is why richards wrote this declaration doesn't make much sense to me. she doesn't seem to be the type of person to fabricate 17 pages of a story just to save her face, knowing how it will affect her children. i think she had tried to resolve matters privately but had to resort to this public declaration for her and her children's safety

human beings are capable of horrid things, so on that one, i guess i'll have to wait. I'm not for nor against Denise or Charlie but I think to say that Denise Richards can never do this etc.... well we don't know her do we? we know only of her, same for Charlie Sheen.
We don't know the whole story but we can safely say that it's a pretty sad situation ...

i agree that we have no way of knowing the truth. here's my speculation: denise kept quiet after the first separation, which makes me believe most of her accusations. as for the child porn, it seems to me like she came across porn that had probably 18 year olds trying to look younger and freaked out. it probably was the last straw and she overreacted. as for porn with young looking boys... i dunno. could have been a mistaken download? or some sort of spam advertisement?

Who is the person with the dark and sordid past? Who is the porn and drug addict? Denise Richards was preparing to divorce Charlie Sheen when they separated the first time. Sheen attempted to butter Richards up when he went on TV and admitted that he was at fault. He obviously didn't want the divorce, but he forgot that she was dead serious. Lately, I read reports that Richard may have begun dating again, which would especially bring out his nastiness. Men like Sheen believe it's okay for them to whore around town, but when a woman they care something for moves on and finds someone better, they freak out. They're basically chauvinistic in their attitudes toward all women.
I'm not going to say I believe Charlie is necessarily into children, but I know that men who are addicted to pornography tend to be curious and drawn to anything sexual in nature. They get the "can't-help-its." The computer is too tempting. They want to check things out.

Denise Richards never said that Charlie Sheen looked at kiddie porn, she said that the sex sites he did look at had people with no pubic hair. Bear in mind that 99.99% of porn models are shaved, and you start to see how lawyers work - with innuendo.

Yeah, I don't think it was child porn, it was probably just one of those "Barely Legal" sites that I come across from time to time (pun intended).
