The Mirror's 3AM reports on Madonna's emotional tribute to her husband, Guy Ritchie:
In front of more than 100 of her closest pals, including Gwyneth Paltrow and Kevin Spacey, the singer looked lovingly at Guy Ritchie and declared "he's the love of my life". Fighting back tears, she announced: "I care for Guy deeply and he is the love of my life. He has changed my life for the better since I met him. I can only thank him for all his support." As the star finished speaking, she smiled at her hubby, 37, and struggled to keep her composure as guests burst into applause.
Wow. Since there's plenty of evidence to indicate that Madonna couldn't act her way out of a paper bag, her speech must have been genuine. Good for the Ritchies, then.
