Courtney Love appeared on "The View" yesterday talking about her daughter Frances Bean being a child of Hollywood. She is a cute little 14-year-old girl who has obviously been through the mill. The pressure of the spotlight and paparazzi hiding in bushes to get a photo of her is hard to deal with. For Mothers Day some photogs managed to snap a few pictures and while surfing the net Frances came across some brutal comments on her weight.
"I'll tell you a story about being a famous kid, that I think really brought it home to me. We went horseback riding on Mother's Day, and there were paparazzi coming at us from the bushes, everywhere, whatever... She went on one of those awful new websites, The Defamer (editor's note: Defamer never posted this) and looked at the comments about herself."
When she went home Frances threw all the food into the trash due to the hurtful comments. Courtney tried to ease the pain of her daughters hurt feelings by reminding her not to take things personally.
I am not about to deny taking jabs at some celebs, but picking on a 14 year old girl who has obviously had enough grief in her life seems wrong. Don't worry Frances, as long as there is Federline and his Cheetoh farm or a Baldwin claiming to be a warrior of Jesus you will never find a hurtful comment coming from me.
I must be going soft.

Actually she did indeed call it "The Defamer" and it's been quoted exactly the same way on several sites. I am sure it's her way of showing displeasure at Defamer, who's coverage of COURTNEY has been less than flattering. When it's Perez Hilton's site who call Francis ugly and fat.The comments were brutal about that child and no doubt since she's only 13, she was hurt by what was said about her.
