Paris and Britney Say They're Just Friends

Suspicions that Paris and Britney might be hooking up are running high. Mostly because they're pretty slutty and hanging around each other a lot. TMZ reports:

The two galpals are just "friends," as MSNBC's The Scoop reports, and any speculation to the contrary is "silly," says Paris' rep Elliott Mintz. The buzz started when Paris was snapped stroking Spears' upper thigh, and then Paris was seen kissing another woman, raising eyebrows - and expectations.

Sometimes, when I'm watching these two in action, I almost feel like I'm watching a trampy, less heady version of Henry & June, but not really.
