The night that Lindsay Lohan was found passed out in a hotel hallway was the same one that Linds had spent partying hard at the Beverly Hills Hilton, which included attempts at trying to woo one James Franco (of "Spider-Man" fame). However, Franco was having none of it and we can all speculate on the wonders that did to Lindsay's ego hours before her check-in into rehab.
Additionally, OK! Magazine reports that Lindsay says she's doing just fine, thankyouvermuch.
"I'm doing so great, thanks," the 20-year-old singer and actress told OK! in an exclusive interview from her suite at L.A.'s Wonderland Center rehabilitation facility. "I'm fine. Nothing to worry about. Thank you so much for checking in, I do appreciate it." Before this conversation, Lindsay had released a statement through her rep to explain her actions, saying, "I have made a proactive decision to take care of my personal health." But, when OK! caught up with her, she appeared to be in good spirits. "I'm actually watching American Idol at the moment and laughing so hard!"Aren't we all, Lindsay? Aren't we all?

What kind of rehab is this?? When I was in Hanley-Hazleden many years ago, you weren't aloud to leave the facility, or have a cell phone.
Apparently stupid, spoiled brats who happen to be "actresses" get special treatment. She'll be back in rehab in another year, or she'll be dead.
