After looking at before and after pictures of Britney Spears--including a current photo of the mother of two, as well as a picture of the pop-tartlet from three years prior--top plastic surgeon, Alex Karisdis, states that Brit-Brit looks as if she's aged way more than she should have during that time. The leading Harley Street surgeon said: "Britney has undoubtedly changed. One can see that she might have aged ten years."
"There's no way Britney can be looking this much older within three years unless she's abusing her body."
Mr. Karisdis told Heat magazine he believes it is Britney's constant clubbing, late nights and junk food diet that has taken its toll on the singer, who is also mum to Sean Preston and three-month-old Jayden James.
"Her hair is receding and it lacks the fullness and body of previous years," he says.To be fair, perhaps Britney's weave has aged faster than she has. Who knows what kind of partying it does while she sleeps?

Hi... That plastic surgeon obviously doesn't know jack shit. Britney had a whole make up and hair crew working for her before. They plumped up her hair and made up her face. Her looking older has nothing to do with anything but lack of her styling team dolling her up all the time. And so what... she still has the same face.. if you're pretty.. you are pretty. I remember when people were like omgggg i wana look like britney. It only takes like a month of her going back to the gym etc to look like she used 2.... but she doesn't want to do that.

So in my opinion, even though she can afford the best stylists and make up artists and personal trainers, she has the right to go out in public and not look red-carpet-ready. When you're going through a divorce and you have 2 kids, looking your best isn't always your main priority - Whether you're a celeb or not. The girl has been looking better, lately. And she's obviously partying a lot because she's kept in all her energy the past 2 or 3 years. She deserves a few months of fun, she needs to go out and party and see what's popular at the clubs so she can have a good idea on what to do with her album. uh, "sh"? I've seen some before and after pics of women who've had babies (Heidi Klum, Gwen Stefani, Reese Witherspoon, Mariska Hargitay) and they didn't decline like Britney did. It didn't age them, and they're all OLDER than britney!
face it, brit fans, it's not the pregnancy that made her age, WHICH SHE DID. It's the hard life she had married to that f-up, the drink, the smoke (the WORST for aging your skin!), the sunning, the drugs, the late nights...etc.
oh, and martin? she's not "gorgeous", she never was. even back in her heyday, without the hair extensions and make up, she was simply OK. Not ugly by any means, but certainly not gorgeous, except in the photoshopped pictures she had on her album and her website.
