When Paris Hilton was pulled over by police on Tuesday for driving around without her headlights on, she got busted for driving with a suspended license. And if a judge finds that this misdemeanor has violated her probation, girlfriend could find herself facing up to ninety days in a special little nightclub we like to call "Jail."
"Our office is waiting to obtain a copy of the citation," said Nick Velasquez, a spokesman for the Los Angeles city attorney's office. "Once we're able to verify that Miss Hilton was driving the vehicle, we will request that the court revoke her probation and set a probation violation hearing."
Hmm...now, is this a goof on the part of a flighty, spoiled heiress, or a brilliant marketing ploy by a woman plotting to coordinate her jail time to coincide with that of her former frenemy and reality TV co-star? Because seriously, that's the only way I could possibly get duped into watching another installment of "The Simple Life" series. It would be like "Down by Law," but with assholes.

Kathy Hilton's attitude is exactly the same as Scott Peterson's mom. She comes off as some woman with class. If she had some she would have been appauled by Paris's actions and cut her off financially YEARS ago. Paris got lucky! Most people get at least 4 months for doing what she did. She is stupid, that is for sure, but she totally knew her lisense was suspended. EVERYONE knew, it was all over the tabloids when she was pulled over for drunk driving that her lisense was suspended. The "babe in the woods" routine....really pathetic. It is just so nice to see her unshaken confidence get squashed. I know that sounds mean but it is like she is not even human. I can't believe she cried. I LOVE THIS JUDGE!!! Next, let's get Phil Spector!
