Melanie B Gives Birth. Should Eddie Murphy Be Celebrating?

Former Spice Girl Melanie Brown has given birth to a new baby girl. The baby girl was born at 12:11am at St John's Hospital in Santa Monica, California.

A spokeswoman for the singer said in a statement to the press: "The baby is completely healthy with a good head of hair. Mother and baby are now resting.

"No name has been decided on as yet, and she is purely known as Baby Brown."
Mel B was with Eddie Murphy in September 2006

The 31 year old has insisted Eddie is the father. However, the actor has claimed otherwise and has demanded a blood test.

According to People magazine, Eddie told Dutch TV show RTL Boulevard back in December: "I don't know whose child that is, until it comes out and has a blood test."


This is Melanie Brown's second child, and could be the extremely fertile Eddie Murphy's eighth child.
