A breach-of-contract lawsuit has been filed against both A.J. DiScala and Nick Lachey, as well as a number of other high-profile defendants. Laura Brau has filed court documents at the L.A. Superior Court which state that she should be getting a piece of the American Basketball Association team, the Hollywood Fame, in which Lachey and a slew of other celebs have invested. Brau claims that her contract with the investors gave her "a 10 percent stake in the Hollywood Fame franchise and a $100,000-per-year salary as president of the team," according to E! News.
Per the complaint, however, DiScala never had any intention of fully compensating Brau under the terms of their written arrangement and then squeezed her out of the business by selling off 100 percent of the team's shares to other buyers, including Lachey, former baseball star Brady Anderson, NFL quarterback Kyle Boller and 7th Heaven actor Geoff Stults, all of whom were named as defendants.Fellow backers Stacey Keibler and Wilmer Valderrama were not mentioned by name in the suit, but Brau did sue the Hollywood Fame collectively.
Ugh, this is so boring. No one has overdosed, committed adultery, murdered someone or even leaked a sex-tape. I hate this kind of hum-drum litigation. I mean, when celebrities go to court, I like them to GO TO COURT. If I have to read about on E! News, it better be because there was blood on the walls, or a hooker in a trunk, or both.

DiScala has always seemed to have sleeze oozing from his pores.
