Yeah I'm gonna have to call BULLSHIT here. First of all, he wouldn't propose without a ring. Secondly, he was at the MTV awards last night so he is obviously not on tour, and how could he have flown all the way to London after the awards?? Assuming the awards ended around 7pm PST (they were over at 10pm EST), London is 8 hours ahead of PST, also assuming he caught a flight right after he left the awards, that would put him there at 3am London time at the very earliest. Hmmm sounds a little fishy to me.
