Today a judge sentenced Tom Sizemore to 16 months in prison for violating his probation for a 2004 meth conviction. These judges aren't screwing around anymore. Betty White better not jaywalk or she'll get the chair.
The court highly recommended that Sizemore serve his time at Donovan Correctional Facilty near San Diego -- due to fact that they have a rehab facility within the prison.Sizemore is currently being held in L.A. County jail, where he will spend the night. He's been holed up there since June 5. Tomorrow, Sizemore is again scheduled to face the judge, when the court will determine how many days of credit will be applied to his new sentence.
Sizemore had previously cried and begged the judge for another chance. Guess he wasn't convincing enough. How come he didn't bring Heidi Fleiss in as a character witness. I know he slapped her around and stuff but they seemed to have one of those love/hate/you can transport meth in one of my hooker's vaginas relationships.

I knew the moment I initially saw Tom Sizemore onscreen that he had "it." He is a very good actor. I've since learned that he actually has his masters degree in drama. No wonder.
It is my hope that he finally gets clean for good, comes back and makes many more great movies. Hollywood needs this kind of talent. Fortunately, he never was the pretty boy, so if he plays his cards right, he can still go out on top.
