Lindsay Lohan's Lawyer, Blair Berk, is up in arms over what she claims is an "unverified" claim originating from the Beverly Hills Police Department that Lindsay had a blood-alcohol level approximately two times the legal limit, as well as trace amounts of cocaine in her system at the time of her car crash this past Memorial Day weekend. E! News Online reports:
Lieutentant Mitch McCann, a spokesman for the Beverly Hills police, said that he was unable to confirm the details and declined further comment until the final report is ready in the coming days. Likewise, Los Angeles County District Attorney spokeswoman Jane Robison says the office is still awaiting toxicology results and no charges have been filed against the 20-year-old Mean Girls star.Lindsay won't be getting arraigned until August 24th and, according to her mother Dina, has decided to remain at the Promises treatment facility for extended treatment. Personally, I think we need to get Det. Axel Foley on the case. Mostly because I'd like to see some cars blow up unnecessarily. And some high-speed car chases and witty banter.

Lemons: It doesn't matter how many times over the legal limit Lohan was. At the time, she wasn't legally allowed to drink.
Lemonade: She won't be getting into any car accidents for quite sometime after the judge gets a hold of her (license). Underage drinkers are never treated lightly. I wonder if your car insurance will cut her a deal? LOL
