i wear crocs & i like rosie. remember everyone, different strokes for different folks. i can't stand angelina, but hey, whatevs -- i can live with it. if some ppl love her, then so be it. tolerance totally rocks.

I'm not a Republican and I don't agree w/ Elisabeth's politics one bit. In fact, I am much closer to Rosie politically. Nonetheless, Rosie needs to STFU. She is so tasteless; Elisabeth seems to be handling this situation w/ much more class.

And so what if she was only on Survivor. It's The View not World News Tonight or something. I've never seen it but I thought that the whole point was to have various points of view on one show???

Maybe we all feel sort of betrayed by Rosie. She was this nice, fun, down-to-earth talk show host who communicated well with celebrities and made us laugh. And all of a sudden she's this angry, insulting, bully Rosie who doesn't have anything nice to say about anyone. What the hell happened?

Her problem is she has an aggressive personality. In any type of job, aggressive people are the most disliked people according to others who work with them. They cannot get along w/others because they want everything their way and they easily get mad and hurt feelings when someone doesn't back down from them.

Rosie acts like The Donald doesn't bother her, but that is not typical of an aggressive personality. Trump's comments and the public's bashing of her probably hurts her feelings very much when she is alone. She's like a big bundle of edgy nerves, ready explode at any given moment.

Rosie should always work on projects that give her the most, if not total control. She is always going to disagree and argue with people sooner or later. She needs to really learn how to relax or the stress is going to be bad for her health later on.

What is it with crocs? Someone explain, please. I'm just missing this trend entirely. Are they made with recycled materials or wtf? It just doesn't make sense to me!

I have come to believe that Rosie is indeed her own worst enemy. We all have opinions but sometimes you need to keep them to yourself. She has become so petty it has taken away from the message she put out there about the war. I bet some undercover government agent put her in that outfit to make her look nuts (it worked). Just because Rosie has decided she likes lesbians doesn't mean that people should defend her completely inexcusable behavior. This is an extremely unhappy, depressed, angry individual that has no business having anything to do with children. No man probably ever wanted anything to do with her and out of deep seated insecurities grew the depths of depression. Over the years the depression and insecurities fostered anger and resentment towards men, eventually leading to her endorsing a homosexual lifestyle. She could become nice looking if she cared to at this point, but the concept is now lost on her. Gawd help those poor kids that are forced to grow up around such a horrid example of what emulate. Rosie has truly fashioned herself into a freak of nature that most sensible people can't stand. CK - I doubt highly that her appearance and men ignoring her had anything to do with her lesbianism. Same sex feelings and same sex sexual feelings usually begin at a very early age, indicating more of a biological etiology. I'm sure there are some cases of environmental influence as well, but to insinuate that if Rosie were attractive and treated better by men that she might not have turned gay is somewhat simplistic and naive. Do I agree with her bullying tactics? NO! Do I think Rosie is aggressive and angry and could probably benefit from exploring these issues? YES. But let's not turn to physical appearance or men as the cause.

And "ugly bull dyke" is not considered name calling? You argue that Lisa is entitled to her "opinions" well it could be argued, so does Rosie.

I admit that I should not have sunk so low as to adress Lisa in the manner that I did but it angers me to see people attack other human beings, especially for something they cannot change and should not have to. I'm not condoning Rosie's actions. I simply don't feel it is necessary to spread homophobic speech and comment on her weight.

On another note, I really don't understand why people are so shocked and uncomfortable with liberal ideology. We simply want ALL people to be treated equally, fairly, and well.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion and everyone should be treated fairly. But Rosie doesn't treat people fairly herself. She bullies and shoves her opinion down people's throats. Her underlying message is not the problem. It's her delivery.
