Access Hollywood" reports that Rumer was in a Maryland hotel room where police busted a man for marijuana possession after hotel guests complained about noise. Willis was one of four people in the room. She was not arrested, nor was she being investigated.Rumer's in Maryland making an indie film called "From Within." No comment from Willis' rep.

I don't think she is ugly so much as she is awkward and disproportionate, like a little miss potato head. I appreciate this quality though, i'm having a tough time keeping all the other clones straight.
