Both Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are hoping to keep as many details of their custody case as possible out of the public eye and it looks like they've been at least partially successful in that attempt. Court documents will not be immediately unsealed, however L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon will allow the media to view some of the documents. And both Kevin and Britney's lawyers (seen in the pictures below) have the daunting task of proving their client to be the more trustworthy parent. When K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, spoke to reporters he said that both he and Britney's lawyer, Laura A. Wasser are hoping to ensure that court documents never reach the hands of the media. He also got a plug in for his client, saying the boys are more "isolated from risks" when they're with Federline than when they're with their mother."This has nothing to do with money," Kaplan said. "It never has."
Umm...I'm sorry, has he even met his client? Don't get me wrong, Kevin is pretty much Britney's social superior at this point but yes, it's always been about the money--money and lots and lots of poor fashion choices.
