During filming of her latest movie, "The Kingdom," Jennifer Garner often found herself feeling faint to the point of exhaustion. She recently explained that the heat from the Arizona desert, combined with her production schedule and the fact that she was still breast-feeding her daughter, Violet, had her body chemistry all out of whack.
"I succumbed to the heat a couple times. I was still breast feeding my baby and everything your body needs, all the electrolytes goes to the baby, and so my system was all screwed up and I had heat stroke. And that happened to me twice."They gave me an I.V. and filled me back up and sent me back out!"
And in case you're wondering how she's dropped her post-baby weight, I'm guessing it has to do with carrying her little girl around everywhere. I know, I know, she's just being a good mom, but seriously, the minute my kids can walk, they're going to be pushing ME around in a wheelchair. Because I want them to learn from an early age what it feels like to have the sweet sting of sweat in their eyes that can only come from a hard day's work. It builds character. Or so I've been told--I've never done an honest day's worth of work in my life.

She might consider consulting with a doctor on the set, what's best for her and her child while filming in extreme heat while nursing?.. but that's just me wondering what she values most!

I think part of the reason these parents continuously carry their children around (Afflecks, Brangelina etc) is perhaps due to the threat of someone taking them, or them wandering off briefly and someone taking them. sounds silly, but when you're these famous people, crazy shit can happen

Have you ever tried to get errands done with a toddler? They take really, really small steps...so if you have things to do, sometimes it's easier/faster for mom to carry the little one. But, Krystyn's reasoning is certainly plausible as well.

I am assuming there's a nanny/personal assistant somewhere out of camera range carrying Jennifer's purse, additional parcels, diaper bag, etc. Hey, if I was in her situation and having to deal with paps all the time (who can get downright intrusive, insulting and scary) I wouldn't go anywhere withOUT my assistant. And yes, I'd hang on to my child...those idiots would probably surround the poor thing and pounce on her for photos. I wouldn't put anything past them.

If you watch them get swarmed by the paps, you won't wonder why they carry their children. It's scary, especially when you think of a little one in all that mess.
