Britney Spears is not in a happy place right now. The pop star has been feeling like a social pariah lately, having had been told by the staff at the exclusive Hollywood hot spot, the Chateau Marmont, that she is no longer welcome. After exhibiting some bizarre behavior, like smearing food on her face in the hotel's restaurant, she's been put on a special list of people no longer to visit the Chateau.
"She constantly looked out of it when she came in and the guests began to make noises. The hotel acted before she made a huge scene. No one wants to be banned from staying at the Chateau."If she was trying to make a real go of her comeback then the people who visit the Chateau are the ones who could make it happen."
But probably even more painful for Britney is the treatment she's receiving from her family. She felt very excluded last week, when her sister Jamie-Lynn and Mama Spears attended a birthday party for son Jayden, hosted by K-Fed. From News of the World:

With Britney's custody battle in full swing, she's terrified that more and more information about her out-of-control behavior will continue to leak out to the press, with so many from her camp receiving subpoenas to testify in the case.
"She realises that she did go wild, often leaving the children with the nanny to go out partying and it doesn't reflect well on her."Her breakdown will be used against her. And she's also worried that sleazy details of her sex life and alleged drug taking will emerge if there is a court hearing."
To make matters worse, Brit's lawyer for the case, Laura Wasser, has given her the old "buh-bye" treatment. TMZ is reporting that Wasser is set to officially withdraw her services from the pop star, right as the case is set to start. Britney has hustled to find a replacement for Wasser and has hired Marci Levine in her place. According to the site, Wasser's departure comes after Britney's repeated refusal to take her lawyer's advice. Dang. I think I smell a second breakdown right around the corner...

Correct me if I'm wrong...but isn't Britney the one who " sidelined by her family"??? I thought it was pretty obvious how her mom wanted to be in her and her childrens life but Britney was the one who wasn't having it.

I can't help but wonder about the timing of her attorney's exit. Ms. Wasser has to know this bodes very bad for Brit. Perhaps her attorney feels the same way as everyone else and thinks those kids need to get away from her.

SHE is the one who served her mother with a restraining order, and her mother had to turn to KFed to even be able to see the grandchildren.
I think her mother would be only too happy to be back in her life...lord knows Brit could use some guidance.
and honestly, what "out-of-control" behavior of hers HASN'T leaked out yet? we have seen the partying, the lack of underwear, the kissing of women during drunken romps in hotel pools, the random hook-ups with guys she just met...
unless there's some drug-fueled orgy (that was taped) that we don't know about, I don't see what we're missing...

I think that Britney Spears is a sorry excuse for a mother and that Kevin deserves his kids 100%!! I feel that it has been proven already by her OWN actions, not necessarily by the State of California or Kevin's attorney!! Good luck to Kevin and to those baby boys! I hope he gets everything he is asking for and that the babies are safe with their "other biological parent". I love how everyone is so quick to say "don't take kids from their biological mother" but what happens when kids are being neglected or abused by that same female? Funny how it is absolutely outrageous to put kids with a father over a mother but the mother is soemtimes the very person who is destroying the child/childrens lives!!
