To celebrate the release of Sparkle (out August 17th), we wanted to feature 8 celebrities who really nail the vibe of the ’60s on the red carpet and on the streets.  Whether it’s Gwyneth Paltrow in Prada or Diana Ross circa 1960s (that’s a framer), our selection represents all that is fabulous about that decade.
