Without her little man, Max Bratman, on her arm, Christina Aguilera looks decidedly less pleased when facing the paparazzi out and about.

The petite pop star and her husband, Jordan Bratman, spent the day together. During the day, the lovey dovey twosome checked out schools for their son, Max, in West Hollywood.

And it looks like the day took its toll on X-Tina, who looked weary by the time she and Jordan left dinner at La Scala in Beverly Hills. Why the long face, girl? One too many dirrty martinis?
