My, what a busy day Katie Holmes had! The hands-on mother and new designer juggled her priorities in New York today. 

First she woke up and had to deal with the fact that she’s no longer in Miami, but back in New York were a snow storm is a brewin’. She bundled up in a cute matching hat and scarf and then the tired looking Holmes, went for some coffee to help her face the day.

She made a stop at an office building in Manhattan and then headed to her next errand; buying fabric for Holmes & Yang, her fashion label with design partner Jeanne Yang.

Next she scooped up Suri Cruise from somewhere and the mother and daughter headed out for some much needed lunch.

Either three year old Suri had a grueling day too or our favorite fashionistot is developing camera shyness.  The  picture ready gal has been shying away more and more recently, but she’s also at temper tantrum age, isn’t she?
