Aesthetically-gifted married couple Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds stepped out on the red carpet at the same event for the first time since their undercover wedding in Canada.

At the A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To Cure Parkinson’s event,
Scarlett and Ryan actually looked like a bride and groom, with the curvaceous Vicky Cristina Barcelona star wearing a fitted pearlescent white dress that flaunted her curves. Reynolds, who recently ran the NY Marathon to support Michael J. Fox‘s “Team Fox” to raise money for Parkinson’s research, looked dapper in a simple black tux.

Michael J. Fox and wife Tracy Pollan were there to support the cause,
as was a dapper-looking Derek Jeter. Actually, everybody was really
well-dressed to the event. A lot of ladies in elegant black dresses and
guys in tuxes–no low-rent carpet crashers here.
