‘A Steady Rain’ Creates A Downpour Of Ticket Sales

September 30th, 2009 // 2 Comments

The magical combination of Hugh Jackman and Daniel Craig on the Broadway stage resulted in record-breaking ticket sales for their production of A Steady Rain.

In the play, both action movie veterans star as Chicago cops, each telling their version of a life-altering event that they both experienced.

The muscular twosome managed to snag the record of the highest weekly ticket sales of a non-musical play by earning slightly less than $1.17 million for the week ending September 20. The show will continue to run until December 6, so get it while you can.
