Announcing this year’s People’s Choice Awards Nominations were Joshua Jackson (Fringe), Carrie Ann Inaba (So You Think You Can Dance), Jay Mohr and Paula Marshall (Gary Unmarried) at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills.

Am I crazy, or is Jay looking kind of puffy? Maybe it’s just around the head and neck area.

Anyways, the favorite movie category is being dominated by big box-office action movies, which I guess makes total sense now that I think about it. The Dark Knight, Iron Man and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull are angling for the title.

In television, the favorite TV drama could either be won by CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Grey’s Anatomy and House. So yeah, I guess people are still watching. Just not me. Two and a Half Men, Ugly Betty and Samantha Who? are all up for favorite TV Comedy.

The 35th annual People’s Choice Awards will air on Jan. 7 from the Shrine Auditorium and will be hosted by The Secret Life of Bees star Queen Latifah. Free CoverGirl and Domino’s for everyone!
