Who does a star turn to when they have car trouble? The paparazzi of course. “Entourage” star Adrian Grenier’s car broke down, and instead of calling for a tow truck, he asked a helpful paparazzo to give him a lift to the hospital so he could visit a sick friend.
I have no idea who that young boy/girl is that he’s talking to. They look awfully young to be the helpful paparazzo, but you never know these days.

Seems like Adrian Grenier needs to get himself a new hybrid. He’s broken down a lot recently.
His co-star Kevin Connolly never seems to have the same trouble with his Mercedes.
Love ya, Adrian, and I’m all for the environment too.
But, ya gotta have a more reliable car in LA.
Or, come home to NY, and hoof it, my friend.
