Alanis Morissette has never been happier!  The singer and her husband of one year, Mario Treadway, couldn’t stop smiling when they took their son to a family outing in the Pacific Palisades area.  The baby (wearing an adorable hat) was strapped to Mario while the couple strolled along holding hands.  Alanis gave birth to her son, Ever, in Decmeber and was immediately overjoyed stating, “Ever has cracked open a door in my heart that I had been dusting off for years in anticipation of this kind of opportunity to love”.  The child is Morissette’s first.

While pregnant, the singer kept busy, writing a book that will be released later this year.  Morissette is also reprising her role as the no-nonsense obstetrician Dr.Audra Kitson on the TV series Weeds.  Looks like the days of angry songs are over for this happy mom!
