Mom-to-be model Alessandra Ambrosio arrived at the Brentwood Market in Brentwood, California yesterday (February 1) to do a little shopping.

She tried to block her growing belly with her handbag, but her baby bump was exposed as she passed the cameras. The model is five months pregnant with her second child with fiancé Jamie Mazur.

Just two weeks ago Alessandra walked the runway in Brazil, with Ashton Kutcher seated in the front row, for Colcci.
