Oh dear. Hopefully the child will at least be good at geography.

Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz celebrated the birth of their first child, a son called Egypt Daoud Dean. The child was born on Thursday, October 14, 2010.

Just a day before, a very pregnant looking Keys, was spotted walking through Soho with a male friend as seen in the gallery.

Their spokesperson confirmed: “Swizz ‘Kaseem Dean’ Beatz, 32, and Alicia Keys, 29, joyfully welcomed their first child together, a son Egypt Daoud Dean on October 14 on New York City. Egypt is welcomed by Beatz’s three other children.”

The couple wed on the French island of Corsica in a romantic and intimate ceremony this summer.
