Maybe not fat actors, but actors with a little extra baggage. We’ve got Vince Vaughn, Matthew Perry, Jack Black, Luke Wilson, and the entire Baldwin family (although I’d don’t think they fall into the embrace category) who are not quite they’re former svelte selves. Even Leonardo DiCaprio is showing that his boyish face is not quite so boyish anymore.
The typical weight double standard when it comes to men and women has finally hit Hollywood. Do women really prefer a guy who has a little junk in the trunk?
“You don’t want a guy who’s too skinny,” said a young, sporty blonde named Adrienne Rochetti, who lives in the West Village and considers Vince Vaughn a hottie. “If a guy is skinnier than you, then you’re the one that has to go to the gym.”
Danielle, a 22-year-old Upper East Sider who works in public relations, agreed. “In New York, skinny, scrawny guys are often in style–and you’re like, ‘Wow you could be a girl!’”
While we are constantly telling Nicole Kidman, Courtney Cox, Nicole Richie, and Mischa Barton to gain a little weight, do we really want them to?

I agree that I don’t like a guy to be really skinny. Many of the stars today are too slight, and a bit girlish for my taste. Give me a Vince Vaughn, or even a Jack Black any day.
Check out a show called,”Where My Dog’s At?”. It’s on MTV2. Goofy, dumb show, but it does parody the celeb’s perfectly!
Especially, Lohan, Richie, Barton and the Olson’s. Emaciated, self-serving and dim-witted.
While I agree that being over-weight is unhealthy, men can always get away with a little around the middle. While the women starve themselves into a size -0, who can resist a Vince Vaughn or a Leo D?
All the guys mentioned are all so gorgeous, I don’t think any of them have extra meat on their bones, they’re all in great shape. Matthew Perry is a total cutie!!! He always has been!! I love watching re-runs of Friends so I can look at him, he’s a doll!
