Vanity Fair is reporting that hotelier Andre Balazs is attempting to build a hotel on St. Barth’s, the island of choice for stars like Beyonce, Jay-Z, Stephanie Seymour (seen above in St. Barth’s yesterday with her son) and Gwen Stefani. There is a lot of back-and-forth over whether the hotel should be built, seeing as the property of choice is a piece of untouched land on the island. The only question is, will Balazs emerge the victor on this battle?
