It was just announced that Ann Curry from NBC, will be sitting down and interviewing Brad/Angelina and the interviews will be broadcasted on the Today show and Dateline NBC.

They have 2 movies to promote….so they are going to be more “in our faces”, right now….

However, they can promote them all they want to, both of their last movies were NOT a box office draw, and I will predict that not only will A Mighty Heart, but Oceans 13, will bomb at the box office.

Brad and Jen would’ve split up regardless whether or not Angie was in the picture. They got married based on conditions. They said as long as they could grow together they would stay together. At some point they stopped growing together and grew apart. There was talk about them splitting up before Angie.

Angietothemax — I understand your point about Jenn and Brad. Angelina was not, I’m certain, the only thing that drove them apart. However, I do have something to say about the whole “growing apart” thing. Mature adults understand that relationships sometimes hit a lull. One is not always going to “grow” with the other person and everything isn’t always going to be grand and exciting. That’s pretty much fairytale stuff. The fact that Brad seems to want fairytale-land is exactly why he’s probably going to leave Angelina. The picture looked perfect from the outside, but every-day life has kicked in and AJ I’m sure isn’t looking like the beautiful saint he thought she was.

They are a much better couple than Brad and Jennifer Aniston. They seem to fit a whole lot better. I agree with one poster who said AMH will not do well at the box office. I don’t think it will make much money at all. But I think Ocean 13 well do Ok. I like this couple though. I think they are a perfect family.

The Good Shepherd was not about the box office either. It was stated that they understood that the movie would not make a lot of money but it was about DeNiro completing the movie and telling a story. Same with Babel.

T-Bone you know Angie was barely in The Good Shepherd. It was a labor of love for DeNiro. It wasn’t going to make a lot of money they did pretty good it was #3 for a couple of weeks. So they did make money. Babel wasn’t even mainstream. Neither was the King of Scotland, The Queen, Little Miss Sunshine, and a lot of good movies. They don’t make a lot of money at the box office but they’re critically acclaimed.

I loved Gia as well and Gia really was a parallel of Angie. It was a like a mirror of herself showing what could happen to her. I remember her saying that she quit acting for a year or two after that and went to film school to be a director. It was really a dark place. But her being a young actor she would take a character and become that person and be that person 24/7. I think it’s easier for her to go into that dark place she knows it very well. She said Mr and Mrs Smith was harder for her to do because she doesn’t know how to be funny. She can be but she never really had to be before.
