Whether Life & Style know what they’re talking about or don’t know what they’re talking about, most of the photos I’ve seen indicate an eating issue. While she might be under a lot of stress with her mother’s death and all of the responsibility of the children, movie-making and United Nations duties, she still needs to take care of herself. She owes the children that much.

I’m going to have to agree with whoever said the picture on the Life & Style website looks a wee bit doctored, especially in her right arm. Her left arm looks a lot bigger than the right, at least to me. Either its photoshopped or she’s quite disproportionate. If it isn’t doctored, bitch has some serious issues.

That being said, her hair in that picture looks amazing. I would think that if she was as thin as they say, her hair would be falling out and disgusting, even with the help of professional stylists, but I’m no expert.

I’d agree that her hair looks really healthy. She probably has had a depression/food issue since her mother died, but there are things I’ve seen about her in recent interviews (like a vein in her forehead that got HUGE and scary looking during a daily show interview) and then I saw footage of her several years ago at a healthy weight, and her vein did the same thing, so I don’t think she’s got the extreme weight loss like Nicole Ritchie, and alot of those photos are probably doctored.
If a pitt family member or house staff member is really leaking details like that about the poor girl, they need to be fired or cut from the family gatherings.

5’8″ and 95 pounds is much skinnier than nicole richie. i doubt she weighs 95 pounds.

Angelina Jolie does not weigh 95 pounds, so the rags have it wrong. With her height, her skeleton alone would put her weight higher than that. She’s at least over 100 pounds, maybe 110. I’ve seen models who were skinnier than her who weighed more than 95 pounds.

I don’t think she’s anorexic. She’s naturally thin. She doesn’t have food issues. When she goes out for breakfast, she eats things like pancakes, bacon and eggs. I think it’s her hectic, busy life that is pulling her weight off. Once she slows down and stays on one continent, she will gain a few pounds.

Because what Angelina Jolie ate while out at restaurants has been published before. That’s how I know. She eats normal, healthy food. She doesn’t diet. Women who have eating disorders are picky about their food, exercising alot, eating salads and the like. Jolie enjoys a good meal like the rest of us.

Angelina may have an eating disorder, but it didn’t evolve from stress. It’s for attention. Every move she makes and every word out of her mouth is for media attention.

PS – as far as this being the “hottest couple on the planet”, how screwed up IS your frame of reference!?!

So, you don’t believe what was published about her having an E.D., because it was published that she ate bacon. Got it.

I don’t care if people call her crazy. Jolie may very well be running from emotional issues. I think she is not being completely honest with herself. But there are plenty of women who are thin who don’t have eating disorders. I think people are just mad that she’s seen as so beautiful and is able to lose weight (when she doesn’t need to) and so many people in the world are overweight and can’t control their eating. It’s just another thing about her that makes people mad.

The picture in Life & Style looks doctored to me… but that looks like her body. It looks like there is something in her right hand and it was cropped out… don’t know why and really don’t care.

That being said… I really don’t give a good crap about Angelina Jolie or what that pussy-whipped girly-man does… let them both waste away…

I know lots of women who lost a ton of weight because they broke up with their boyfriend so I can only imagine how one would feel if they lost their mother. I lost 15 pounds and it took almost a year to get my normal weight I went from 124 to 109 and I lost my appetite because by boyfriend had a new girlfriend. I didn’t have a quarter of the stress that Angie goes through. Being in a relationship, 4 kids, movie work, UN work, adjusting to mother’s death and so on. Although, I think she’s pregnant but I think her weight loss is understandable if she wasn’t. She’s already lean to begin with so losing 10-15 pounds looks like a lot.

That’s not Jolie’s real hair- its extentions. Shes been losing hair for the past year since her pregnancy. Her hairline has receded at least an inch, and there was a photo recently from the back that showed a bald spot on her scalp. I think she’s more seriously ill (both mentally and physically) than anyone will admit.

IMHO –

Jolie does like attention. I’m not a huge fan, nor do I hate her, but I think it’s obvious that she loves to be noticed. She purposely acts in ways that are different from everybody else because she likes to stand out… getting unusual tattoos on exposed body parts, adopting children from different countries, becoming a national spokeswoman, dating Brad, giving birth and refusing to marry him… she knows that by doing these things, people will talk about her. I believe her need for attention is somehow tied to her relationship with her dad.

Yes, I agree that a stressful event in your life can cause upset to your eating and sleeping habits and the general rhythm of your life.

For example, my dog died and I went from 315 pounds down to 250 pounds. I was like a whippet. A fraction of my former self.

THAT’S why I’m chubby. I don’t have enough stress in my life. I would like to be more like Angie, but the adopt three children diet seems a little extreme to me.

Well those must be some good extensions because if she’s losing her hair that much the extensions aren’t showing. Like with Britney, Nicole, Paris, and a few others who you can tell wear them.

I’m 130 pounds and 5’7″. I just find it fascinating that everyone here can discuss someone’s weight, height, hair, lips and we could be any shape or size and be from any walk of life ourselves.

Well folks, that’s where you’re kind of wrong. It’s not really just “her life”. She has chosen to make her life quite public by getting into the movie-making industry, and she has chosen to adopt children from other countries at an alarming rate and she has chosen to be a United Nations Goodwill Ambassador, so no — it’s not really just “her life” we’re talking about. She is responsible for quite a few other lives.

It’s true what someone said on one of the comments above thar all of Brad’s lady loves are thinner when they are with him, as if they weren’t already slim enough. Maybe he’s one of those guys who drops little comments like ‘oh, those jeans are a little tight on you’ or ‘ go easy there on the pudding’.

As he is so obviously taken up with his own appearance, i am sure he takes how his lady looks , as a reflection on himself.

Angie is definitely chasing the dragon.

I agree with your assessment. What you said is the very reason why I believe Angelina Jolie is not truthful with herself. I think Jolie’s ACTIONS reveal that her “true” feelings are the formers of what you wrote. They are:

Look at me.
Love me.
Accept me.
Make me famous.
Marry me.
See me as the Madonna.

But she wants the world to “believe” her feelings are the latters:

Don’t look at me.
I don’t need your love.

“See me as a whore” is changing, though. I think she’s getting away from the sexy image now and focusing more on trying to be like her mother. I think that now that her mother is gone, Jolie realizes that a very beautiful person left this earth without the recognition she deserved and Jolie really wants to honor her mother now.

One has to wonder why Jolie will not admit to being needy. She always talks about being “lucky, brave & bold,” but she must be afraid of something.

Jen and that whole Zone diet was not good. Gwyneth was always waif like and I can not reiterate how silly her and Brad looked with the matching haircuts. And Brad was ever the pervert when he was dating Juliette Lewis who at the time was16 at the time and he was 27. Ewww.

You’re probably right, I don’t think so… Chances are good she really is searching for love and acceptance, but she might be going about it the wrong way. Obviously, time will tell.

I find it funny that if Angie were just your average celebrity just doing movies and not having a stand on anything and just shopping and carrying on she would be considered acceptable. But because she speaks out about her UN work and speaks on behalf of refugees and shares her experiences working with them she is some how wrong and like a bad person. Because she has chosen to adopted like a lot of other people she is viewed as a baby collector and a bad person for doing so. It just shows that people’s opinions cannot matter because if you take them into consideration you won’t be able to do anything.

But angietothe…you’re missing one very important point. Angelina doesn’t want to be just your average celebrity. She wants to be totally different. “Totally different” always draws attention — good and bad.

I think the problem is, people are not convinced fully by her. I certainly am not. Ok, I’m not denying that she doesn’t do good in her UN work and that she isn’t generous in donating money, but there is a definite element of ‘look at me, aren’t I a wonderful humanitarian, take me seriously, I’m so intelligent and brave’ to it all.

She let him know she was there for the taking, and then to add insult to injury, she’s been raving in magazines about how they had a connection blah blah blah while they worked together on Mr and Mrs. Shit. That is not the action of someone with heart. That is cruel. Whatever your opinion of JA is, she did not need to know that, nor did the public.

I just think she’s honest and blunt about her life. I think everyone is so used to the spin and hal answers that when someone just says what’s on their mind they’re suddenly controversial. She speaks on things a lot of people aren’t willing to even think about. And for once I agree with Bill O’Reilly she is the most interesting celebrity right now.

I think you’re right, Green. I’m certainly not convinced of her goodness. There’s a dark, angry side lurking and sort of a teenage “I’m gonna do whatever I want to whomever I want” rebelliousness there as well. An eating disorder wouldn’t suprise me a bit.

I so want that to be cleared up because I like everyone else would like to know what really happened on that set. I just know in like 30 years they are going to make Angie’s life story into a movie.And 10 years from now Angie will write a book about it. I know Brad left Jen in the summer of ’04 he moved out. I think they made that one last attempt to work things out but honestly Brad didn’t want to be married to her anymore. Honestly from the outside looking in they weren’t growing together for 7 years and still doing the same exact thing. I think they were great friends but I think Jen was the safe stable bet for Brad. I n interviews when he would describe their relationship something was definitely missing I think them being together was something that made common sense and not much else.
