Angelina Jolie made a surprise appearance at last night’s Hollywood Film Festival Awards Gala which paid tribute to legendary Hollywood actor/director Clint Eastwood. Jolie, in a simple black gown and little makeup, swooped in to “audible gasps” from the audience when girlfriend’s name was mentioned. Seriously, people think she’s the risen Jesus.

“There are some people in this business that are icons, and we often
wonder if, when we meet them, they’ll live up to what we imagine them
to be,” she said. “And Clint Eastwood in person is even
better. Clint is what every great director
should be. He is a great leader. And I certainly would
follow him anywhere.”

The mutual admiration between the kickass old man river and the goddessy actress was evident when Clint took the stage. A fistful of hot!

“Working with someone like Angelina Jolie is a great privilege, because
you get to look on that gorgeous beauty every day. And she’s a great
talent,” he said.

You know Clint could land that ass if he tried. I’m convinced. He may be 370, but he’s Clint Goddamn Eastwood. I’m fairly convinced he could take on Chuck Norris, the creature from Cloverfield and Oprah Winfrey at the same time.
