It will finally be all play and no work for Angelina Jolie. She’s planning to take a year off starting around the end of this year so she can focus on her family and her charity work.
I’m working this summer. I’m in Prague for a few months, then I take two months off, then I work for two months,” Jolie said Tuesday while promoting A Mighty Heart at the Cannes Film Festival. “And then I take a year off.”
Asked if the time off will be for her family, she replied: “Yes.”
The Pitt-Jolie clan will remain at their villa on the French Riviera for several more days more as Pitt premieres Ocean’s Thirteen.
Jolie also told reporters on Tuesday about her recent pilot-license upgrade and the possibility of flying en famille. “Brad has his pilot’s license and I just got my instrument rating, so we’re moving forward with that but we haven’t had a lot of time because of the kids and with Pax coming home,” she said. “I wouldn’t fly the kids at this moment. I would only fly the kids if I had been actively flying for a few months and when I’m not at all rusty.”
I’m thinking that’s probably a wise move.

On the contrary my dear the superficiality really began in this relationship. Brad may really care about those kids and thank God HE does because she damn sure doesn’t. HE is the only one that you see with the kids. Angie has made empty promise after empty promise to be a better mother to her children, be a stay-home mom, spend more time with them…
hell she takes after her father she is the ultimate absent parent. You know the reality of the whole issue of adopting all her UN babies/children, she would not be suitable for adopting a baby in this country.
Her track record of never being with any of those kids, adopting & dumping them with Brad or the nannies would not go over well with an American adoption agency. INS really has to start looking into this as well. She is buying babies all over the world and INS is granting paperwork for them and all she’s doing is dumping them once they get in her custody. Her birth child gets the least attention from her any why because it wouldn’t be AS media worthy as this multi-ethnic “mother-child” relationship that she shares with the souveniers from her trips to third world countries.

Do you honestly believe that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s life is being played out in front of you in a series of photos and articles in a rag mag???? If it ain’t in the paparazzi photos, it doesn’t exist?
Angie isn’t photographed changing a diaper so therefore (by your logic) she never changes diapers?? Have you seen a photo of her taking a pee??……So she doesn’t do that either?

We get it: you hate Brad and Angie. Why? Psych 101: you’re a bunch of folks living little lives of quiet desperation and the likes of an Angelina Jolie scares the hell out of you. ‘Cause she is out there holding her own in the big scary real world and making her own statement. She makes her mistakes but at least she’s alive. Most of us admire her for that, you gaggle of losers resent her and wish her ill.
The Romans used to enjoy watching Christians being slaughtered by beasts—you all seem to love basking in your nastiness but don’t get so huffy when the compassionate folks come out to challenge your bullshit.
