In court yesterday, one of Howard K. Stern’s attorneys, Ron Rale, stated that Anna had already been laying out plans for the dress she planned on wearing at her own funeral. According to the New York Daily News:

Her son’s death apparently led Smith to morbid thoughts of her own demise. Attorney Ron Rale said Stern had told him that Smith had been working with a seamstress on a dress for her own funeral.

“There’s a dress Anna Nicole had, the dressmaker had been preparing a dress,” Rale said.

Whew, at least the highly important matter of what she should wear SHOULD SHE FINALLY GET EMBALMED AND BURIED ALREADY has been resolved. Next, there are just the minor little details of who the heck should raise her baby, who’s getting all that $$$ from her ex and whether or not she finally gets to be laid to rest. You know, stupid shit like that.
