Oscar co-host Anne Hathaway hit the red carpet oozing Old Hollywood style.  True, Sandra Bullock wore a dress of the same color, but there was something about Hathaway’s red Valentino gown that embodied the magic of yesteryear. Hathaway will make at least five costume changes at the awards show and will pay through the nose for each one, thanks to stylist Rachel Zoe.

Hathaway made a joke during the show about getting all sorts of naked for Love & Other Drugs and not receiving a nomination.  To which I say: If the movie wasn’t so awful, perhaps you would have had a chance.

As if wearing a dress by Valentino weren’t enough, Hathaway had the designer himself by her side for many a photo op.
