Raffaello Follieri, famous for being Anne Hathaway’s sketchy ex-boyfriend was taken to the hospital after his court hearing for fraud and money laundering charges. His rep said, “I do not have the specifics on what type of treatment at this time but [it's] for a severe sinus infection.”

Sinus infection? What kind of ploy is that? If Raffaello is going to be locked down I guess he wants pretty nurses to take care of his skeezy ass.

The Italian businessman was arrested on Tuesday and tested positive for opiates that morning. His people claim the failing grade was due to the codeine he was taking for his cough.

The judge set Raffaello’s bail at $21 million dollars, but has allowed him to skip jail for home detention. Raffaello has yet to make bail, and I’m sure that makes Anne feel safe for the moment. You know he is going crazy because his ass is finally being handed to him. Hooray for justice!
