America’s Next Top Model has revealed the 13 girls who will by enduring inane photo shoots, catwalk lessons from the shiny-legged Miss J, an obligatory make-over in which one of them will receive a severe short, blonde haircut and strange booty-shaking lessons from Tyra herself in the hopes that at the end of it all, Tyra will be holding her picture in her hand. A quick rundown of the competitors is provided by E! Online News:

- Brooke, 18, student, Keller, Texas;

- Eugena, 21, customer service representative, Palmdale, California;
- Jaeda, 18, student, Parkersburg, Iowa;
- Megg, 18, retail clerk, Los Angeles;
- Megan, 23, bartender, San Francisco;
- Melrose, 23, fashion designer, San Francisco;
- Monique, 19, marketing representative, Chicago
As usual, I’ll be complaining that the lack of Janice Dickinson on the judges’ panel means the show isn’t as good as it was. As usual, I’ll be watching anyway, wishing that this for cycle, I had actually developed my 6-month eating disorder to lose enough weight so I could possibly get my ass on the show. And I’m so not kidding.

These women are not particularly photogenic. Maybe 3 of them are, but the rest… No! I agree the Janice factor is sorely missed, and yet too much Janice on her own show…
I think Anchal is reallly pretty. She’s the one that stood out the most for me. She does have that weird man/square jaw that Paris and other men have.
But she’s very exotic looking.
AJ is pretty, but her pasty skin needs some moisturizer with a little color on it. Just a hint. Not orange. :)
