Ashlee Simpson is bouncing back after getting fired from Melrose Place. The singer/actress is joining the Broadway production of Chicago as Roxie Hart for six weeks beginning in December.
Gossip Cop reports that Fran and Barry Weissler, the show’s producers, were really pleased with Simpson’s performance in London, and had wanted her for some time to reprise the role.
