Avril Lavigne is issuing an apology to fans of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, after she dropped an F bomb on the 24,000 fans in attendance for Saturday’s game. During Lavigne’s performance, she was dealt some technical difficulties to which the crowd responded with a chorus of “boos.”
An upset Lavigne went on a rant saying that technical difficulties “f**king happen on a baseball field.”

Lavigne, here with boyfriend Brody Jenner at La Scalas restaurant in West Hollywood on May 23, then apologized telling the crowd: “We just had so much fun tonight and we want to take the tirade out and say thank you to the Tampa Bay Rays! I’m truly sorry if anyone was offended by my language.”
On Sunday, the Rays issued a statement of their own: “The Rays demand profanity-free performances from all of our concert performers and we are extremely disappointed by the language used in last night’s show.”

She needs to grow up. It’s like her growth and development stunted at 13.
Big deal, really who cares if she dropped and f-bomb, I my mic failed I would drop more f-bombs that she did.
I agree with Mike.
If it were me I would say more fbombs than Avril did.
And the crowd are the people that need to grow up more! Its TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES!!! Not Avril’s problem! so why is the crowd saying boo to avril? Coz they need to grow up. If they are at the concert… then it means that they are probably fans of Avril which means they support her…. So whats with the boos? So get lost if u think that Avril deserved those boos.
