Pop star, Avril Lavigne, is readying herself for her upcoming guest judge stint on American Idol with a bit of shopping, perhaps?
The 24-year-old singer is the next in line to fill the spot left empty by former panel judge, Paula Abdul. Lavigne is following in the footsteps of Victoria Beckham and is rumored to be one of many stars taking on the role such as Shania Twain, Mary J. Blige, Joe Jonas and Katy Perry.
Let’s hope she’s able to find an outfit for the event. Something that says, “My marriage might be crumbling, but at least I’ve got a job!”

wtf?!!? avril? katy perry? joe jonas? Wtf! american idol is DEAD NOW. Seriously, THESE PEOPLE CAN’T SING! If I join this forsaken publicity stint being judged by someone who doesn’t even qualify to be there, then I’d rather sing in the bathroom because that’s just going to be the same thing.
