The Brothers & Sisters star has released a statement in response to the release of pictures of him cavorting with a topless Sienna Miller on an Italian vacation.
Getty said in a statement, “In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the Internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further.”
This all sounds like Denise Richards and Richie Sambora all over again. And I’d be lying if I said I didn’t think it would be entertaining to watch the fallout.

Well if you weren’t cavorting around on the beach with her and grabbing her mosquito bites in plan sight for everyone to see…seriously get over yourself. Don’t blame the photographers when you’re the one that has emotionally scarred your children.

The sooner he gets away from his children, the better. He’s a bad influence on them. His wife will win the prize, their four lovely children! As he ages, he will become increasingly lonely and ignored–all of this extra time on his hands will fuel his shame on being such a lousy husband and father, a complete failure, really.

To Hfx: You’re right about a cheating man not being a bad father, but how many children or wives for that matter get to view their dads / husbands sexual exploits on the internet? Not very many. Have a look at some of those photos. Why would anyone want to hurt their wife and children in this way? It’s the cruelest, most heartless and cowardly way to end a marriage. Those pictures will be on-line for a very, very long time. Children can be very cruel to other children too. The wife and children will be much better off without this repulsive man. His punishment is Sluttyienna and mum Jo!
