We’re all very eager to learn more about David Fisher, the man who’s been spotted with model Bar Refaeli a few times in the past few weeks.  During the weekend of July 9th, Refaeli and Fisher left a Tel Aviv nightclub together, and today they were seen shopping together in the summer playground that is  St. Tropez, France.

We’ve seen many a fabulous and wealthy star prance around the seaside spot, including Jared Leto and model/actress Katharina Damm, Catherine Zeta-Jones, she-who-dropped $85 million on Aaron Spelling‘s mansion Petra Ecclestone and Victoria Silvstedt.
