22-year-old pop singer, Jesse McCartney has no problem being photographed shirtless while frolicking with a female friend out in the ocean. But when when it comes to full-frontal nudity, he draws the line. Who knew?

The pop tart with the otherwise squeaky clean image has issued a cease and desist letter to websites (including Socialite Life) posting a nude photo of McCartney that was allegedly taken by a vengeful ex-girlfriend. The image in question features Jesse lying on a bed, wearing nothing more than a “G-string made of candy.” I’d love it if Hayden Panettiere had something to do with this.

An attorney for McCartney tells Page Six, “Mr. McCartney did not knowingly participate in the taking of this photo and did not consent to the taking of such a photo. In addition, the alleged photo of Mr. McCartney appears to have been manipulated and doctored by computer software.”
