At this very moment, the Beckhams are at the Home Depot Center in Carson, CA, just outside of Los Angeles being welcomed by the Los Angeles Galaxy to the team. Earlier today, they stopped by their Beverly Hills mansion and headed on their way to join David’s new soccer team. Their official arrival coincides with the premiere of Victoria’s reality television special, which is set to air on Monday. Along with attaining David Beckham, the L.A. Galaxy will be stepping out in new uniforms, a first in the team’s history, in a match against Chelsea on July 21st. Chief executive and president of Galaxy owners, Tim Leiweke, said that he is confident that despite all of the hype that will undoubtedly surround David and his family, he will be a major asset to the club.
“But this is going to be tough, there are a lot of expectations on David, probably unfair for the most part. We’re going to be on the road, we’re going to have a media frenzy wherever he goes but I think one of things I love about David the most is that he’s probably the only player, or one of only a few players, that can handle this pressure.”
I’d like to take this opportunity to introduce the Beckhams to TMZ. Get used to ‘em, cause you’re gonna be seeing lots and lots of ‘em.

I don’t live in LA but I feel like someone should run through the streets yelling, ‘The Beckhams are coming, the Beckhams are coming!’
I don’t know much about these two other than they seem pretty family oriented, which is cool. She looks so plastic and he looks so…vacant-probably the perfect couple!

I can’t believe they’re playing the first game on July 21st. That’s only 8 days away. You would think they’d want David to get to know the team and actually practice with them for awhile before playing a game. Especially since everyone is looking to him to make soccer popular here.
That being said, he is a hot ass bitch and I look forward to seeing many more photos of him.
