There’s never a shortage of sparkle on the MTV red carpet. Unlike the more sophisticated events like the Oscars and Emmys, MTV allows for stars to be a bit more playful with their ensembles. The network that used to play music videos encourages quirkiness. “Free To Be You And Me” is the name of the game. While some strike out, forcing us to verbally abuse them (quite mercilessly), others come out looking like a million bucks.
