Enjoying a night out with husband Jay-Z, Beyonce is thankful that she got back to New York City in one piece. She was in Japan with her sister on a fashion promotion at the Disneyland Hotel in Urayasu, Chiba province when the earth moved a little.

It freaked Beyonce out, but her sister Solange Knowles slept right through it. Solange posted this on Twitter: “My sister said she was scared out of her mind and calling my mom and I was snoring. How did I sleep through a SERIOUS earthquake?”

The earthquake measured 6.6 on the Richter scale. That’s a hefty quake.
