Mmm. Is that Beyonce or Sasha Fierce? She changed out of her little black dress and into some rubberized concoction. I’m thinking that Tina Knowles had to be throwing back a few cocktails when she was designing that dress.
Let’s hope Beyonce uses a “real” designer if she would happen to sing at Barack Obama‘s inauguration.

Both dresses were designed by Gareth Pugh and if you actually knew anything about fashion, REAL FASHION, you would know that he is a MAJOR designer.
