Amidst rumors of infidelity on Katie Lee Joel’s part, the chef and author is splitting from the Piano Man, Billy Joel. The couple released a statement to the NY Daily News.
“After nearly five years of marriage, Billy and Katie have decided to separate,” reps for the pair said in a joint statement.
“This decision is the result of much thought and consideration. Billy and Katie remain caring friends, with admiration and respect for each other.”
Various reports have linked Lee, a 27-year-old chef and author, with Yigal Azrouel, a dashing 36-year-old Israeli-born fashion designer who has frequently escorted her to events. Sources reported seeing them dirty dancing in Miami in January and have claimed that in unguarded moments Azrouel referred to Lee as “my girlfriend.”
Well there ya go. Katie has found someone closer to her own age to play with. Will Billy come up with an album of new material out of this mess?

Shocking! Considering the bride is closer in age to the groom’s daughter than the groom, I’m surprised they lasted 5 years. They must have accidentally had sex with the lights ON one night :-)

When you see the photos side by side like that it’s a no brainer!
WHy don’t these old pigs know any better? They should just be like Hef, throw a few bimbos in the payroll and treat them like interchangeable, slightly more interesting and sensual real dolls.
